In order to facilitate the installation, put the two half couplings into the 120-150 incubator or oil tank for preheating, and increase the inner hole size for easy installation.After installation, the shaft head should be flush to avoid protruding from the end face of the half coupling.Detect the distance between the half joints: measure the reading values ​​of 3-4 points along the two inner sides of the half joint flange and take the average value. Take the sum of the measured dimensions of the extension section and the two diaphragm sets. The error between the two is 2 -Within the range of 0mm.

3. Alignment: use a dial indicator to detect the runout of the flange end face and outer circumference of the two halves of the joint. When the outer circumference of the flange is less than 250mm, the runout value must be below 0.05mm. When the outer circumference of the flange exceeds 250mm, the runout value should be controlled at 0.08 the following.

4. Install bolts: pass the bolts from the outside of the small hole of the flange, and pass the buffer cover, elastic washers and nuts from the outside of the large hole of the other flange, and tighten the nuts with a wrench.When improper installation or disassembly and replacement, without damaging the shaft or half-connection, it can rotate freely after installation.

5. Attention to the operator: Before starting the equipment, check whether the nut of the plum coupling is loose or falling off. If necessary, please tighten the nut with a wrench immediately.
