3,Universal couplingFor lubrication of sliding surfaces, crossheads, bearings, etc., generally use 2# industrial lithium-based grease or 2# molybdenum disulfide calcium-based grease. Under normal conditions, refuel once for 500 hours of continuous work, and once for 2 months of continuous work, if high temperature conditions Refuel once a week for the next operation. When refueling, unscrew the oil hole screw on the end face of the bearing and inject it with high-pressure oil until it overflows and stops;   

4. The universal coupling must be maintained once every 3 months. If normal wear such as indentation is found, it should be replaced in time;  

5. In order to extend the service life of the universal coupling, during maintenance, disassembly and washing, the cross shaft is turned 180° to reach the journal for alternate use;   

6. Prevent the occurrence of long-term overload use and operation incidents;  

7. During the operation, it is necessary to frequently observe whether the universal joint has abnormal radial swing and bearing heating, etc., and repair these phenomena in time;  

8. Appropriate protective measures should be adopted in various places where human and equipment accidents may be caused by the working universal coupling.

The universal coupling uses the characteristics of its mechanism to make the two shafts not on the same axis, and the two shafts connected can be rotated in succession under the condition of the axis angle, and the torque and movement can be reliably transmitted.The characteristics of the universal coupling are: its structure has a large angular compensation capability, a compact structure and high transmission efficiency.The angle between the two axes of universal joints of different structures is different, generally between 5°-45°.
